Eccentrics is a dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Eccentrics simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all muscles. This apprentice class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body! All levels welcome!
Fridays for 10 weeks
September 15th – November 17th
4:30pm – 5:25pm
This class will be geared toward the beginner runner and anyone seeking to improve running form and mechanics. We will meet at the gym, but many days will run to Grant Park track.

- Running drills and form
- Intervals and recovery
- Longer Endurance
- Proper Cool Down
- Best Cross-training exercises
Goal: Run a 5k
Thursdays for 6 Weeks
Starting September 14th (No class on October 12th)
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

This class is specifically tailored for seniors. In our safe, supervised weight room, we will cover all aspects of functional fitness, including strength, agility, balance and power. You will improve your overall level of fitness and enjoy a higher quality of life!
