Philosophy
"The more we move now, the more we will enjoy life as we grow older." It’s never too late to adopt a more active lifestyle and gain the many health-related benefits. Many of us embraced a physically active lifestyle in our youth, but as the demands of school, family, and careers increase, we find little time to take care of ourselves. Knowing that exercise can help to reduce stress and increase energy, I design well rounded, creative programs for my busy clients that are time-efficient, effective, balanced, and fun. |

Client Base
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Working with clients who are looking to regain fitness and function, prevent injury, and improve their overall quality of life is an inspiration to me. I hope to encourage fellow members of the “baby boomer” generation to stay active and reduce the chance of developing chronic diseases and age-related problems such as hypertension and osteoporosis. Most of all, I believe it is important to help clients discover activities that they truly enjoy and find ways to incorporate exercise into their daily lives. |
