Philosophy
My intention is to help each person who comes to me for yoga or bodywork to feel more at ease in their own skin as well as in their life. I enjoy among other things, open communication and helping people connect to their hearts. |

Experience and Goals
Jenna has taught yoga in a variety of settings since her training in 2000. She has studied extensively with Paul Grilley, Yin Yoga, Todd Williamson, and Bliss Yoga. Her focus is Hatha Yoga including Kripalu and Yin Yoga. |
