Philosophy
Karle began meditating and doing a yoga practice with friends about the same time. She moved to a spiritual community in 1982 and stayed for seven years. That is where she trained and got her certification as a yoga instructor. Since then, she has taken and still takes workshops and classes from a variety of teachers. |

Experience and Credentials
Karle has been a life long exerciser. She took her first weight training class in 1979 and was hooked. |
