Philosophy
I believe that living a healthy and fit life is essential. My goal is to encourage you to be healthy, happy, and feel great! The principles of health and fitness are simple, but most people are confused about exactly what it takes to achieve their goals. My primary fitness mission to educate you about nutrition, exercise, and live life every day with joy in your heart!
This focus fulfills my secondary mission which is to help you increase your energy, motivation, and confidence; also to decrease the stress, fatigue and guilt associated with not taking care of yourself the best way possible. I firmly believe when you feel fit you can accomplish any goal you set! Don’t just watch your life go by; live every day empowered, and conquer every challenge you face. You only live life once – love, rejoice, thrive, and be the best you can possibly be.

Kathy’s strengths include developing customized programs for novices, individuals with specific goals such as losing body fat, toning or increasing muscular strength and endurance. She also enjoys creating fun and safe programs for pre and post pregnancy, the mature adult, and individuals with debilitating diseases or injuries, to help them develop realistic nutritional programs for life. Kathy can help anyone feel relaxed, have fun, and make exercise the best part of their day.
