Group Classes

Whether it’s the great music, the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the instructor, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, women love our group fitness classes. We have designed our group fitness schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness.
Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or relax and rejuvenate, we’ve got a class for you! Group sessions are available seven days per week and include Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Step, Muscle Conditioning, Nia, Dance, and more. Classes begin as early as 5:30 in the morning and are offered as late as 8:30 in the evening.
