| You are guaranteed a 1.5 hour kick-butt, full body workout including cardiovascular training, muscle conditioning & flexibility. This workout guarantees to get you in great shape, burn tons of fat and develop lean and toned muscles. We might be stepping, cycling, dancing or kick-boxing. We might be using tubes, weights, BOSU trainers or Stability Balls. We might finish with Yoga, Pilates or traditional static stretching. Your body will never know what
to expect and this changing stimulus will produce amazing results. The suggested donation to attend is $5 with 100% of the monies collected going to that week’s instructor’s charity of choice. Doing something great for your body and your community - something you can feel amazing about! |

In addition, if you’ve ever felt a bit unsure how to use the equipment in the weight room properly, this class will teach you how to use all the equipment safely and effectively. |

These types of sessions are absolutely critical for so many reasons. The best physiologists reporting that muscle conditioning is the most important component for reversing the aging process. By regularly sessions you will maintain muscle mass, develop your strength, improve your muscle tone and definition, increase achieve a healthy body weight and fat percentage, improve your posture, strengthen your bone density, improve Muscle conditioning programs are the fastest way to change your body shape. You should incorporate at least workouts into your schedule each week, and should avoid training the same body part two days in a row. |
