Group Classes > Schedule and Class Descriptions

Pick a group training session that matches your interests and goals and then just show up. We'll take care of the rest. Appointments for members are not necessary for our Portland Group Training schedule. For guests, please schedule a tour and arrive early so we can ask a few physical and medical questions and have you sign a waiver before the trial workout or class.
