The following information will help you have the most enjoyable experience when relaxing at the spa. To schedule your appointment, please contact us.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure your service is received in its entirety. In order to prevent a delayed in our next client’s appointment, regardless of your arrival time, all treatments will end according to schedule.
Cancellations
Credit card numbers are required to reserve your appointment. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Because our services are by appointment only and short notice cancellations are lost time that our therapists cannot recover, any appointments that cannot be rebooked will be charged as follows:

• Appointments canceled later than 48 hours will be billed at half rate |

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours will be billed at full rate. |

Gratuities
While never required, gratuities are gratefully accepted by our treatment room practitioners.
Return Policy
Return of products will be in-house credit.
Cell Phones
To create an environment that allows all our guests to escape the demands of the world, we ask that you turn off all cell phones and pagers.
Parking
Free parking is located in our parking lot and throughout the neighborhood. Park a few blocks away and increase your caloric output for the day.
Unsupervised Children
To maintain our relaxing and calm environment and for the safety of your children, we cannot accommodate unsupervised children in our workout facility. However we do offer Kids Club during specific hours Monday thru Friday. Outside of our normal Kids Club hours, we have also arranged for a discounted drop-in daycare rate for all of our clients at "Grandma's House", a daycare center in our community that has a long history and very credible reputation.
