Running is an excellent way to stay in shape and burn fat, but many new runners do not understand the importance of running properly and the possible injuries it can bring upon our bodies. At NW Women’s Fitness we understand the impact that running incorrectly can bring upon your body and it is our mission to show you the proper, and most efficient way to run. Our special running programs are progressive and will teach participants how to avoid injuries and teach the proper way to warm up before and the important stretches to do post-runs.
