
The MELT Method is a simple self-treatment that anyone can do to help their body look better, feel better, and work better, so you can get more out of your workouts at Northwest Women’s Fitness Club. MELT Length uses soft body rollers and small balls to rehydrate the connective tissue, the flexible scaffolding that surrounds your muscles, bones, joints, and organs. Using manual therapy techniques, MELT eliminates “stuck stress” in the body – held tension that causes much of the aches and pains we associate with aging. Participants discover better alignment, improved sleep and digestion, and reduced risk of injury when they learn to MELT.
MELT Strength uses lightweight resistance bands and body weight to activate the mechanisms of stability in the shoulder girdle, hip girdle, and core. Improved stability helps the body perform any task more efficiently, whether it’s Zumba, cycling, or weight training. Together, MELT Length and MELT Strength help any body feel great so you can do the things you want to do!
