Julia and her trainer, Liane have consistently trained 2-3 times per week for the past 2 years. Julia has gained strength, balance and improved flexibility, but most importantly she has developed a fitness habit. Strength training in now a “must” in her weekly routine. Way to go Julia! – Liane
It is amazing to Julia’s friends that she has been able to work one more thing into her busy schedule. Her grandchildren, Calvin and Oliver are a big part of her life and perhaps one reason she decided to get more serious about fitness and health a few years ago. Keeping up with two active kids requires a lot of energy. Julia has worked out regularly at NW Women’s Fitness for the last 2 years, and goes on regular walks through her neighborhood. On a recent trip to Turkey she hiked thousands of feet daily and had a great time with her husband and friends. – Lucinda Savoie
