Raina has been Coaching Movement and Nutrition for 13 years with a Kinesiology Degree and is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She is focused on using whole food eating as a tool to prevent disease, improve quality of life and increase performance. Her goal is to empower everyone with education, resources, discussions about food, sustainability and longevity.
