How to Participate:
1. Register at the front desk with $20.
2. Weigh in at the club between 11/19-11/21.
3. Weigh in again at the club between 1/2-1/4.
Maintain or Lose, you get $10 back and $10 goes into our cash prize pot (see below)
Gain Weight, you forfeit your entire $20 into the cash prize pot
Biggest Loser, wins ALL the funds in the cash prize pot
To be fair, everyone must weigh on the personal training office scale on the designated dates.
Winner will be based on the percentage of weight lost.

This class is specifically tailored for seniors. In our safe, supervised weight room, we will cover all aspects of functional fitness, including strength, agility, balance and power. You will improve your overall level of fitness and enjoy a higher quality of life!

December 3rd – February 18th (no class 12/24 and 12/31)
