How It Works
Zumba is a dynamic and high energy workout that changes in conjunction with the melody and beat of the different songs that are played. Our instructors mix in low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. You will receive cues to start a different move by following the gestures and movements of the instructors. The combination of constant movement, the blend of aerobics and dance, and our high energy instructors ensures that you will get a seriously effective workout and have fun while you are doing it.
