I’m finding it easier than ever before to maintain a regular exercise schedule. Everyone at NW Women’s Fitness is so encouraging and friendly – totally unlike any other gym I’ve attended.
Jolene The Magnificent is endlessly challenging, encouraging and fun to spend time with. She’s also an awesome matchmaker – she set me up with Heather! She knew that we’d be great friends and workout buddies.
I’m going to keep on coming in as often as I can! It helps to have a workout partner. I’m planning a trip to Peru this summer which is keeping me motivated – very high mountains there.
I have become so much more connected in a positive way with my body and strength over the past 14 months working out at NW Women’s Fitness Club. I really appreciate the body positive/body acceptance vibe of the club. It feels like such a friendly, supportive environment.
Without my personal trainer, Jolene, kicking me in the…I mean lovingly supporting me I would not be where I am. Her joyful spirit makes even the hardest workouts fun (mostly)! I also believe her knowledge of the mechanics of the body and the variety of workouts she creates has kept me injury-free.
I plan to keep moving, at least a little bit every day and continue with my workout buddy Julia. Having someone to workout with and stay accountable to keeps me motivated and also its way more fun!
