Wipe away germs – if you’re traveling – or even if you’re not – wiping away germs from surfaces may help you stay healthy! Use a disinfecting wipe to wipe any germs away from new places you may be traveling to.
Stay hydrated – need we say more? Drink your water, ladies!
Move around – don’t sit on a plane all day; get up and walk the aisle! This is important to help get your blood flowing throughout your body.
Watch your hands – don’t just put your hands anywhere! Watch out for things such as door handles and escalators! Keep a pocket hand sanitizer on you to keep your hands clean at all times.
Limit your sugar intake – it’s the holiday time, of course we are going to eat some sugar; just don’t overdo it.
Snack wisely – why not opt for a piece of fruit?
Rest up – after your travels and holiday plans take a day to relax and unwind, believe us, it will go a long way!
Prevent overeating – chew sugar free gum or keep mints on you to help prevent overeating.
