1. Same routine: when you do the same exercises every week your body will become used to them. To invoke further progress you must change up your routine. Take up a new sport, or completely change your exercise regime.
2. Tired: gathering momentum and training hard is a great thing, but if fatigue sets in then it can be counter-productive. Rest can be just as important as a good quality workout session.
3. Too many calories: working out is not enough when you’re on a mission to achieve a negative calorie intake for the day. You have to ensure that steps are taken to clean up your daily diet.
