Get to know your NWWF staff! If you have not yet had the pleasure of meeting her, let us introduce you to Amelia, one of our awesome personal trainers!Amelia loves NWWF because of the environment and how welcoming and friendly all the staff and members are. Amelia's favorite form of self care is reading a nice book with hot chocolate - yum!One thing you may not know about Amelia is she really enjoys baking and cooking and can pretty much make anything she sets her mind to. She especially loves making and decorating fancy cakes and pastries!Amelia's dog is a Saint Bernard/Pitbull mix named Leif. He is very energetic and a huge sweetheart who loves to cuddle! Amelia loves snowboarding. She has been snowboarding for about half of her life now, it just feels so energizing and freeing to be out on the mountain. She also loves going to concerts and being front and center at shows, it is a really great place to connect with friends and other people. Thank you Amelia for taking the time to share with us! Get to know your NWWF staff! If you have not yet had the pleasure of meeting her, let us introduce you to Amanda! She back as a personal trainer at the club and we are so excited have her. Amanda loves that NWWF has created a beautiful, nurturing space and community for women to treat themselves well in. Self- care is an elevated experience at NWWF!Amanda's favorite form of self care is going to the beach or on a hike!One thing you may not know about Amanda is she is a great salsa dancing lead! Amanda has a black Portuguese Water Dog named Luke. He is about 8 years old and getting up there in years. He is becoming much more vocal and picky and is only eating his food if they include cooked cooked rice and chicken - they cook for him!Amanda loves the step class with Megan on Saturdays! Dancing is one of her passions as it lifts her spirits. She enjoys 300 piece puzzles, it's a fun challenge to do together with her fiance. (They plan to work up to 500 pieces as the next challenge - they have tried 1,000 and it was ridiculous!)Amanda also loves plants - she loves being surrounded by beautiful plants and having plant friends!Thanks for taking the time to share with us Amanda!
